Each player is permitted to hold only one phwinner account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Attempting to abuse bonus offers may result in account suspension and bonus forfeiture.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwinner login credentials. phwinner will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your negligence.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated software, money laundering, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
phwinner reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals. This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) requirement under PAGCOR compliance rules.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phwinner website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

phwinner reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active phwinner account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. phwinner uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwinner login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phwinner will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phwinner immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
phwinner is required to verify the identity of its players in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
phwinner accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phwinner wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. phwinner does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. phwinner aims to process GCash withdrawals within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. phwinner reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification or fraud investigation.
All transactions on phwinner are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phwinner is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. phwinner reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱ 100 per month to inactive accounts. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
phwinner offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on certain game types (e.g., live dealer games, specific table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
phwinner reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting promotional offers, engaging in bonus abuse, or acting in bad faith. This includes, but is not limited to, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions.
All games available on phwinner use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, phwinner reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
phwinner's live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers. The rules applicable to each live game are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phwinner platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the phwinner platform — including but not limited to the phwinner name, logo, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of phwinner or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phwinner content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phwinner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by factors outside phwinner's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or third-party payment provider delays).
phwinner's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phwinner collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phwinner implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and will never sell your data to third parties.
phwinner is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use these tools and to seek professional support.

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to phwinner's internal dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or a competent court in the Philippines.
